We want you to be fully satisfied with your Haylou audio and wearable technology. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables that were included in the initial shipment.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or send the package via a traceable carrier to our designated warehouse address provided in your RMA instructions.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the returned device, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
